40 Years of Experience

Throughout her career in the the corporate environment, she acquired over 40 years of experience in writing within the fields of Human Resource Management and Customer Service. She developed a number of training programs that were educational and allowed her to exert her creative energies. Additionally, she created job descriptions and best practices for the corporate world, which enhanced her technical writing abilities. 
All of her experience has culminated in her writing Worth The Climb: A Black American Woman’s Pursuit of Corporate Success.

Audrey has worked for PNC Bank in various management positions including Customer Service Manager, Senior Training Design Specialist, and Banking Officer.  She was a Supervisor of Customer Service for AT&T Wireless, as well as the Director of Customer and Community Relations for the Port Authority of Allegheny County.  She was also an Independent Consultant for BNY Mellon specializing in online-web based training of interpersonal skills for first-line managers. 


Education

Audrey holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business Communications and a Master’s in Professional Leadership from Carlow University. Audrey is a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh.
